Looks like a phishy business to me. I ordered my stuff and chose the self collect option. Instruction given was to call and appoint to collect. But I called for 3 days consecutive in business hour and no one picks up. Representive started to skip emails. I recommend everyone skip this shop at this time. Edit on 5th Dec: It is great now that they would make it open to people that the company, actually has no control over what the 3rd party warehouse's doing for their logistics. Just another reason I can add to be verbal that I do not recommend this place. The main reason I wrote the review was simple. First and foremost it was not a great experience dealing with them(all the remote nature of somewhat an offshore like business, well I have no clue about those and couldn't care less about it) and not much reason for me to force myself to swallow it and stay silent. I gave enough chance to them and chose to call again at later date. In case they're "busy" somehow. There is no point to make a trip down if nothing has been arranged and you risk wasting time. However, all my efforts and considerations were totally ignored as of this date looking from their reply. The warehouse would not care. Only when their boss called they immediately responded despite I tried 7,8 times over 3 days. Hard to just swallow that and keep silent about it. The company does not seem to understand that it is a given when customers are not happy with the service, they have a right to ask for refund/take action. Simply answering a customer's wish to withdraw is not being any where near oustanding service quality but a part of fair running of a business according to law. Rep of the company even offered me small incentives/benefits asking if I could take down my initial negative review, (originally I chose to kept this off the reivew, but after recent reply from them I totally feel they left me no more remorse to disclose this as well). That is ridiculous. Simply because: (1) I have totally no more intention to have transaction with this company anymore. (2) That is a great insult to my dignity. This is not taobao or any where you buy good reviews to be ranked up for more transactions/exposure. I'm simply stating what truly happened during my experience dealing with the company. And I even still get retailiation from their reply. I don't think that is the right way. If I made a mistake, at least I wouldn't try to cover it up, influence or make people keep silent about that. Put myselft in your shoe, what I would do, is just to keep great service ongoing, promote happy customers to do more write-ups(maybe use your small coupon/off on them ,that way so happy customers receive a small tip writing a good review of your best effort) and bury this piece down , which give people confidence the issue is no more. Rather than denying me. I would have just forget the whole experience dealing with you, but your response provoked this whole edit.
