Have been using their delivery services for my China Cargoes and so far the experience has been okay. A few hiccups a few times but I never complain because I know its not easy for the delivery team. Once delivered at 8am, another once delivered 11pm. Its okay, I accepted since I am awake. A few times delivered extremely torn boxes, I also didn't feedback. Give and take, things happens and I'm fine. However, this delivery (not delivered yet) has caused me to finally choose to complain about it. Called on Wednesday to find out if the items have reached port. They said yes and delivery will be likely within these 2 days. I normally don't rush for it since I am able to accept goods most of the time of the day. I never once rescheduled any of their past requested delivery time even at odd hours. So Thursday I didn't receive any delivery so I continued to wait since it Could be Friday. Knowing that I will not be free on Friday evening, I called them on Fri morning to find out if they will be delivering on Fri. The admin said "it's scheduled for night delivery". So I mentioned I will be out by 5pm so if possible, can theydeliver before 5pm. And the admin replied and said "later my driver call you you can try to ask". So I waited for their call since noon and I didn't receive any call. At 7pm (I canceled my plan at 5pm to wait for the delivery) I decided to message the old number that informed me about my past deliveries. They replied that its already late and will not be delivering. LOL. So I started questioning why the admin told me scheduled tonight but they didn't deliver? Whoever that is behind the phone kept saying "we didn't promise". So what? Admin say scheduled tonight but it is not "a promise" so it may be a false message? Throughout the conversation they kept saying ",we didn't promise" and mention about their operations. I totally understand about delivery operations and know that the go by routes. But I wasn't taking issues with why the delivery ended early, but why the admin told me "scheduled tonight" and not delivered. And when questioned, they kept saying "I didn't promise". It got on my nerves that they kept replying me to tell me they didn't promise and deny what their admin told me. If there's phone recording, I will be more than happy for them to share the recording to prove me wrong. It's a company full of denial (but I must say their delivery guys are good, I don't fault them for having a super bad admin system). So pls be extremely careful if your China forwarder is using them. China forwarder can be good but the local one that ruin the overall experience. Be prepared to be given false message unless they says ,"I promise you".
