Education and curriculum is great but I threw up eating the food when I went there

The school is big and there are sports class and art class which are attractive. The lib teacher Ms Joanne is super friendly. However the management team make parents very disappointed. They couldn't handle parents feedback positively and they tend to defend themselves. During CB, the teachers ordered snack and bubble teas and eat in front of kids in the class. And my daughter came home with question " mummy why teachers don't share?". They order food and eat in front of kids while kids eating school food. Thr teachers even watch drama and chit chat the contents while kids nap time. When kids wanted to go toilet, they stop kids to do so as they thought kids went to frequently, which cause K2 student pee on the mattress and scared to tell teachers. At the end of K2, the school put very poor quality of photo ( big shadow over the neck and kids frowning) over the graduation cert and yearbook. Thr worst part is school replied they couldn't do much as the yearbook already been emailed out.
