Agent was not helpful when we want to send helper return to her country during Covid.

During these tough times i reached out to many agencies to find a helper replacement since Oct. Mdm Rani from Oly responded that none available jst like others. Then last week Dec she reponded that she had a trasfer maid. She arranged for tele conference and everything went smoothly from there. If yiu are upfront a with your requirements am sure she will be able to find someone to suit your needs.?

Initially when contacted agent, she was very responsive and tried to find the suitable fdw for me. After i told her that i wanted to get a fdw within a certain salary range, agent said she would try to find for me one. after a week msg the agent to no avail and my ws being kept at one tick. Thinking she might be busy tried to ws again another week later and still one tick. So unprofessional to keep me waiting at the other end thinking that the agent is helping me.

Dear All, I would like to share my recent experience hiring a domestic helper from India. Due to the COVID situation and other factors, there was an unexpected delay in my search for a maid. In a hurry, I just wanted to finish the process and to get the maid nonetheless the agency owner madam “Rani” was very polite and gave me great advice to take some time to choose the best helper from her agency. Most of the time, based on my previous experience the other agencies do not even know the helper's work history, they just want to do the job in a hurry and keep praising the helper. Madam Rani does a great job of understanding our needs and expectations, so she is able to advise us on how to choose a suitable maid. Eventually, I found a good FDW from the biodata list. Here the process has been taken over from the other good hands, Sathya, her employee, really did a great job from the day the candidate was chosen by me until I got the FDW on board to my home ... she was on the hunt for everything followed by reminders really well trained by Madam Rani. All the arrangements were made via teleconference; everything was done online. Nowadays, the fees for agents are quite high due to the high demand and shortage of maids. However, I have found an agent who has a good understanding of my situation. She is willing to listen to your needs and will work hard to find the right maid at a reasonable rate. As I wanted to pick her up from the agency, I was astonished at her vast knowledge....( I guess at least 25 years of experience in this industry) Once she had started to advise the do's and don’ts (like an ISO company) with examples and with some real-time evidence, I was stunned. In the past, my wife would demand that the agency need to advise the helpers, but the previous agency never complied with her request and she gets disappointed every time, but this time she just listened to madam Rani's advice to the FDW. Those looking for a good maid agency to employ helpers from India should look for the Oli maid agency, which is located just opposite the Tekka market bus stop.
