Had paid for it prior to delivery but they insisted I have not, and my helper had to used her money to pay for it COD while I waited 3 weeks for the refund, with my constant reminders. No more orders from me ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the place to go to to buy frozen food. They carried premium and normal beef, all kind of meats and poultry. Lots of exotic innards like goat's heart, beef heart and many others. Prices are extremely cheap. Home free delivery for purchases above $80. Otherwise, you can just drop by their factory to pick your picks.

Service is variable -- they mostly try their best but are wholesalers at heart and weird stuff happens sometimes. One unfortunate and unacceptable practice is refusing to disclose the source/farm/brand for some of their items -- a real disappointment in that regard, would have given 5 stars but for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from qoo10 and chose to self collect. floor is wet and there was a small queue at the entrance. someone assisted me inside, but couldn't read english from my qoo10 app. In the end, he manage to retrieve all my purchases by looking at the photos. Not a v smooth transaction, but still alright. ?
