Very bad online service. Very lousy and unreliable product, scale spoil within a week of delivery. Service center open only on weekdays during office hours, very inconvenient for customers.

I send my device for serving and I am very pleased that the staff Irene n Rommel was very efficient with work. I managed to get back my device the next working day and that save me a lot of traveling hassle.I appreciate their hard work and 5 stars service attitude :)

Very bad service recovery. Will not recommend to buy their product. Bought a thermometer that was not working properly in less than a month. Spent resources to repair but was told manufacturing default but could not get it repaired or replaced. Was told to buy a new one ( no resolution offered!) . Well done!

Omron Connect app used to work well and recorded BP. Now it says โ€œupdateโ€ but clicking on โ€œupdateโ€ says โ€œSafari cannot open page because the address is invalidโ€. Please rectify. BP readings canโ€™t be synced.

Horrible after sales service. Went to guardian and Watsons to get test strips and lancets for my blood glucose monitoring set. Was told no longer in production, that there was an exchange program. My set was bought in 2016, still under 5 year warranty. Called omron. Staff said to come to their office to buy test strips. To buy my own new lancet set. Emailed these concerns. Staff Jommel didn't address my concerns, only replied to come to their office to buy test strips. I bought this item cos spares were easily available in pharmacies. Now, I have a product still under warranty which I cannot use. Unless I got buy my own new lancet set. And buy test strips at a not easily accessible office, and only during office hours.

Thank you for Ms Irene for giving such a horrible experience at customer service counter. Never seeing such a rude and ridiculous attitude from a customer service person. Tired with no pick up from customer care line so decided to pay a visit to their service Center at beautiful building but this is what I got. Showing her impatient and raising up her voice while giving me unclear instructions to fill up my own particular on a e report. I think i should throw my device from start rather looking on her face n go through all these. As a CS you should be a patient, friendly n consideration person. Some our your user are elderly and you should give them some space and time. Omron should really look into customers feedbacks and provide something better and I believe they can do it. they are promoting healthy lifestyle so hiring someone that healthy is important for images. Sorry no more next time.
