★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was inform that my worker is available for pick up between 2-6pm, yet a fine was chargeable if worker stayed beyond. Hence i went there at 2pm, only to be informed that my worker are in SIP lesson until 530pm. How am i suppose to not stay beyond 6pm?? Waited 1 hour outside the gate , unattended. Staff were impatient in giving guidance. POOR service and information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently this place Is used for quarantine center for the migrant workers. They provide food and good accommodation. Medical checkup and swab test also done here on the time of quarantine period. Overall good place the quarantine period for the migrant workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food can adjust (taste no taste doesnt mind),(especially Morning breakfast not worst) lunch and dinner (rice not boiled well) but better than breakfast but not enough drinking water provided.(first day morning they provided 2litre water can and after that need to topup water from restroom water point. Remains all ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarantine center for migrant workers upon arriving Singapore. Well ventilated room's, food quite ok.
Strict and well maintained, good service. Friendly staff, provided necessary items. Very comfortable.
Overall had a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good experience with all the training training stuff but got 3 meal in 3 days?? and all the securities(1 malay and 1 Chinese was really cool and helpful) are like boss in every single company in Singapore therefore they talk so bad and misbehave with all MW.
I would like to inform MOM to teach them about their responsibilities and improve their mentality, attitude and behaviour.
To be honest 90% securities are like they are the feeder of each MW so that they can look down to all MW in the MWOC.
I always respect what MOM doing for MW and all we MW know very well how to respect MOM's law but all the securities are like waste of MOM's money,MOM paid them for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below mentioned is my feedback and suggestions which can be considered for a better quarantine experience for the money being paid by Employer/Employee.
Things Which can be Improved :
1. Drinking water need to be taken from toilet (one room got ten person) and boiled from kettle provided. Very Unhygienic. Please provide 2L bottle everyday person if possible?
2. No tea or coffee refreshments. Many people need a morning coffee or tea to boost up. Possible to provide refreshments?
3. 1 or 2 persons were very rude while speaking. Please try to be compassionate.
Save the Good for last
1. Food (Indian) tasted very good and portions were filling.
2. Almost all staff/security/Nurses were very polite and warm. I missed to get few names of the people who were too good. Thumbs up to them. Keep up the good work.
Finally, a big applause to all the staffs who tirelessly work there. Thank you.
