Hardsell my mother to spend 2000sgd on scalp packages in just 3 months time. Just because they once have a hairstylist that worked at Jurong Point M Nature, they keep telling my mother they are very skilled and good. Beware. Convinced my mother to sign up for a 1000sgd scalp package on Mother's Day (worst mistake I made on that day is to allow her to go for hair treatment at this salon on her own). Today, they convinced my mother to top up another 1000sgd for another 12 sessions of "Better and move advanced" scalp package when her first package is not even completed. Horrible, right?! Even convinced her to buy their shampoo, saying the Keratase shampoo I buy for her from sephora is not good. As a result, my mother came home and scolded me. Do not go to this salon ever and do not send your elderly parents there because they not only hardsell your parents packages, they also attempt to spoil your family harmony. Have just submitted an online complaint to CASE. refund us the remaining sessions money and stop brainwashing and psycho my mother. Stop spoiling the trust between my mum and I. I will call up the salon tomorrow and request to talk to the boss. If the refund fails, I definitely am going to raise this up to the MP during Meet the MP session. I absolutely detest the idea of hardseliing to senior citizens who do not know the market prices, do you agree with me? Even when she sign up for packages there is no official receipt to state how many sessions left and how they charge. It just seemed like they randomly charge a price to senior citizens. Please do not go to this salon ever!!! Beware

Actually pass-by there a few times and was thinking to try out their services. So just now decided to give them a try. Who's know they really delivered the $8 kind of quality of hair cut. I would rather they set a higher price, perhaps $15 to $18 and deliver a better service and quality of hair cut. Don't just set an attractive promotion price for the sake of attracting one-time customer only. That's not the way of doing business. Was asked if want to shave by using shaver number 0 or 1. As this was my first time so I decided to be more conservative n told him try number 1 first . Worries his number 0 is too short for me. After all, I found number 1 is too long n thinking to go for 0 but was told that can't, by giving an excuse that he need to re-cut my whole hair. Perhaps he think that he just charged a $8 so just want to deliver $8 kind of quality. Pls la. No one force to set at $8 one. Pls be more professional even if u r only charge at $8. Other than that, pls also don't expect they will do clean the hair fall on your forehead and face after the hair cut. As they are really charged u $8 only. Advice: Be more professional just can attract n retain more customers.

The environment here is very comfortable and clean, especially the manager is very kind, very patient in introducing products and services, very professional. The hair stylist here is also very attentive. The atmosphere is very good. Would recommend friends to come!
