Extremely long waiting times is the issue. Also, no cash payments. Staff is really helpful.

Extremely long waiting time, inefficient and no cash payment. Expect to wait for ard 30-45min on a good day, or longer otherwise.

too long waiting time, remember to prepare movies before going there. environment is good, but some staffs sre not friendly.

My son was given the run-about in making payment. My son went down with a cheque. Made a small mistake and cheque was invalidated. Went to withdraw cash from ATM. After returning he was made to re-queue. Then they said they cannot collect cash as "bank closed". Haha...- Why don't they just say it is almost 4.45pm and they are knocking off. Waste of my son's 3-4 hours there and still cannot get the payment done. Monday may semula. SAC better buck up! Update : Sorry, my bad. My son's assumption. They DO NOT accept CASH. Went down personally on Monday. Waited 2 hours (board indicated 1 hr) just to be attended to for a less than 1 min matter. Frustrating.

Long waiting time for whichever purposes (i.e. payment / general enquiries). For those doing any application, there's signs showing where the document should be placed to skip the waiting.

Waited over 2 months to get my matriculation card replaced, even the appointment needs to be made one week in advance……

It is extremely inefficient and frustrating. I have submitted important application documents to One Stop, but there is no confirmation or any form of acknowledge to prove the school or the staff there has received it. My documents did not arrive to the school after two weeks and still pending to be resolved. There is no people accountable to make sure the document handed in there will be received by the respective department/school in NTU, given so far the documents are still gone missing, this system created more hassle rather than convenience. I do not recommend anyone to use it at all.

There was a long queue just 5 minutes before closing time. However, the staff was nice enough to let us pick up our Mat card regardless. They were also swift in doing so.
