★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from the One-Visa team who helped me successfully obtain my EP in March 2019.
My case was not really straightforward, applying with a small company and without any higher degrees, so I was not very confident about my chances at first. I actually met Cheng 1 year prior to finally applying. He was always patient answering my (many) questions and suggesting the best strategy to maximize my chances, which proved to be right !
The follow up of my application by Cheng and Yue Ying was always very prompt and efficient. They also have good connections in Singapore and saved me a lot of time and trouble by recommending the right secretary and serviced office companies.
Highly recommend to anyone wishing to relocate to Singapore !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I appreciate all the attention, courtesy and respect I received during my Employment Pass applications with One Visa.
In my first EP Application attempt, I used another consultant, what was frustrating and Stressful because I had my EP denied,
To revert that, I followed the tip of a friend and Introduced me to One Visa, I meet Mr. Cheng there, he was straightforward, easy-going and very polite all the time.
He told me first impressions about my application and asked about the documents necessary for re-submission.
After that, One Visa Team gave me all the support, and I felt confident since the beginning because they demonstrated seriousness, serenity and worked hard in my process and kept me updated all the time.
Finally, I have had my Employment Pass approved. I'm sure that happened because of the way they worked and the attention and care they had in my process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best agency for work passes in Singapore, after my previous EP application was reject I found out about one-visa and contacted them, Mea explained despite covid and everything else I should be able to get my EP approved. And after all paper work has been done and application submited by Mea and Yue Ying my EP was approved in less then 4 weeks.
For sure we will use ONE-VISA for our future enquiries.

Due to covid, the EP requirements went up and my case was a difficult one but One Visa guided and advised at every step and helped prepare the supporting documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There has been a lot of adverse publicity in recent years concerning EP passes. I used One Visa to obtain my initial EP 2 years ago. They provided excellent advice and guidance on the application process and managed the whole process efficiently and expertly. I received my approval within 2 weeks of application. I have now renewed my EP using One Visa who once again were highly professional and responsive. The approval was again received within 10 days of the application. I cannot recommend One Visa highly enough.
