Had a pleasant experience with OnePhone. Ordered the phone at 9.45pm and received at 11.30pm. It was supposed to be delivered the next day so appreciate the extra-mile service. Phone plastic wrapped and sealed was intact. Manage to submit them for warranty via Samsung website. Phone price is also competitive as well. Definitely recommend!

One of the best shops I found in Singapore. Purchased my iPhone 13 pro max and my Apple Watch series 7 from this shop as they offer lowest price and best service. Very attentive and courteous staff.

OnePhone offers prices on cell phones lower than other shops that I could find. As this was my first time, I took a chance & bought an iphone from them. They not only honoured the transaction, they even delivered it on the same day, though it was late at night. Their good & prompt service is truly commendable. Will definitely consider them again when I need another cell phone!

I notice a lot of comment from '1 review' people. Not elaborating further. Bought a mobile phone and the whole process was smooth. The price is one of the best in the market. Mobile was delivered within the day and goods is in good new condition. Will consider making OnePhone as the first choice in buying mobile in the future.

Ordered the phone in the late afternoon n received it at 1130pm on the same day! OnePhone contacted me via WhatsApp b4 coming over. I requested not to press the doorbell but call me instead as baby would be sleeping. ? Communication was flawless throughout. The gentleman who delivered the phone was very polite. He mentioned that he's on his way home and my place was nearby. My wife even felt we should have given him a tip for the kind of service that he delivered hahaha. The next day i was wondering if the phone came with a pre-installed screen protector as it looks like so but i can't be sure. I texted them via WhatsApp n immediately got my answer from Christy, which was a yes. And she confirmed my suspicion... The gentleman who delivered my phone was indeed the owner of OnePhone himself. ? Well this was a shopping experience in which i wouldn't ask for anything more. This is my second purchase from OnePhone... n certainly won't be my last. Well done guys!

Very impressed with this shop! Found it online while I was looking for a trusted place to get a new phone without a plan. Saw the reviews so I decided to go with them. They even replied my WhatsApp at 10pm which really helped. I placed my order online at 11am, and it was delivered to my office at 3pm? Super fast and reliable!
