After communicating with several other auditors, I wasn't comfortable. It was when I found One-POINT, my auditing was swiftly settled. John rendered assurance to me, he understood the procedure, and the team managed our internal costing with zero issues at all. The audit process was super fast. Within 2 weeks, successfully sorted out, I had the AUP report. It was an awesome experience with John and Lei Kuan. They are friendly, accommodative, experienced and handled my expectation and deadline gracefully and professionally. Lei Kuan was particularly patience, excellent service, NO pressure, get things done, turn-around speed was superb. I love her tone and essence in clarifying details. Don't hesitate, go to them. At the end of the day, you want an auditor that work FOR you and not AGAINST you. Truly a treasured partner in auditing. Highly recommended!
