We engaged OOm and have had the pleasure of working with both Jodie and Jun Hui. They have been proactive and professional and despite the scale of our campaign, we were able to generate leads consistently!

Terrible experience working with OOm Pte Ltd. Prior to OOm, we've worked with a few other agencies/individuals for our digital marketing needs but thought it’s time to find a 'better' and more well established agency with more experience to help us push for higher growth. After rounds of meetings with a few agencies, we've decided to proceed with OOm, since they've achieved several awards and premier partner status for both Meta and Google. Plus, William who was the BD we chat with had a good and well-mannered attitude. Sadly, we had the worst experience with OOm among the agencies and individuals we’ve worked with, not just in terms of performance but also in communication. We had signed up for a 3-month package, and one week in when OOm started to manage our ad account, performance dipped by more than 50% as compared when we were managing it internally. They kept maintaining that they are ‘testing’ and doing their best effort and will optimise. Two months in, when performance continue to dip, we took time to analyse what had been done only to realise that there were tons of ‘testing’ done, an average of 0.95x ROAS, 90-100% audience overlap with no proper funnel/conversion strategy as most agencies would have. Shocking but true. Worse yet, their senior management team were well aware of the issues/feedbacks (copied in all email correspondence) but did not interject or comment at any point. Since then, we decide to terminate to prevent further loss from ad spending ($3k a month), meaning one month of account management fee paid in advance will go to waste. Lesson learnt. Never allow the ‘awards-winning’ or premier partner status deceive you. They could very well be based on amount spend on the platform and not performance. I would caution everyone to think twice and ask hard questions and never sign up for long term package. Go for a month to see if they really can meet your expectation before signing up for longer term.

I had a terrible experience working with OOm Pte Ltd. Jun Hui engaged me initially and I was quite impressed with his sharing as the agency is the Premier Google Partner and had also won the lead generation gold award. I took up the Lead Generation Package with them and the first payment was about 4.6k. The whole engagement experience was poor. There were only 2 or 3 non genuine leads generated over a few months and there were no updates from the agency at all on how the campaign was running. Since the response was poor, I tried to feedback to the team and Jun Hui on 4 different occasions but was met with radio silence each time. The only updates I received was the reminder emails from the agency reminding me to pay for the following month’s campaign. I decided to terminate the campaign and feedback my poor experience to the head of the agency, Chuan. Chuan acknowledged that the agency could have done better as I was supposed to get an update every fortnightly but they had failed to do so. As for the poor results, he told me that there were actually 12 leads generated and that the campaign was constantly being optimized. Chuan promised to send me the documentation proof of the leads and that there was internal discussion between the lead generation team on how to improve the campaign. These documentation proof never came. It was a very bad experience with OOm Pte Ltd with both my time and money wasted. Do consider twice before engaging OOm Pte Ltd. The matter was not resolved. I am still waiting for the documentation proof. You do not value your clients at all as the service recovery from the agency is zero.

Best digital marketing company I’ve tried so far. Jun Hui was extremely professional and understanding. Sia Wei who was my assigned account manager is very helpful and accommodating to my expectations. This is one of the company that actually care about their client’s goal and concept, and try their best to work around it. Has my google ad up and running perfectly. Facebook ads was smooth too. Highly recommended.
