★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered here multiple times and was never disappointed once with their quality and timely deliveries. Fresh items like uni and sashimi were superb and their minced unagi was very worth it. Prices are good!
Would like to thank Jen for calling me within 15 mins of ordering, informing me that Bafun Uni is out of season, thus the taste would be not as good. She immediately came up with offers to compensate, like a different breed of uni that is in season. This is the type of customer service I look for! Care for customers satisfactions, not just about earning profits.
Would definitely buy again!

They verified our order number 8351 and said that the food was on its way. Waited 20 more minutes but still no food. Called them again and this time, they claimed they never received our order. A massive screw up that ruined our gathering. We demand a full refund! Order from them at your own risk!
