Commom toilets beside pool are filthy and by no means the standard of cleanliness of a “condo”. Toilet seat cant even rest against the water tank due to poor installation. Guards smoking in sercurity control room and they dont even check on those who goes in or out of the condo. The management must all be sleeping on thier jobs. So poorly managed but have budget to splured on trip to BKK. Wonder how the residents can accept such state.
