★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been an avvid user with apple for many years till 5 yrs ago, my bro recommended OPPO. I now have 3 OPPO handphones for gameplay and it's value-for-money. I'm a happy user until yesterday. I've the most unpleasant experience with yr service staff, Vanessa at Boon Lay Branch. If OPPO doesn't accept partial repair and servicing cost more than the phone, what alternatives does the user has? Furthermore, your service staff adopt a take it or leave it attitude, it's completely unacceptable. I ditched the phone for Samsung. Thanks n no thanks.
