Optics Connection (TPY) - 530 Lor 6 Toa Payoh

Their service was okay but I find they lack experience in dealing with certain situation. Definitely do not recommend their korean contact lenses at all; my eyes got all red and itchy and sensitive to light after wearing their korean contact lenses. Went back to talk to them about it and asked for advice and they said maybe it is my makeup that caused my eyes to be red or the lens solution that might be the problem. I was doubtful about their advice since i have worn makeup and lenses for a decade so I went to another optical shop and the first thing the other shop did was to scan my eyes and told me my eyes were badly scratched and my cornea was hurt (I dont even have the habit of rubbing my eyes) and said most probably was from the last contact lenses i wore. Was so scared..and was wondering why Optics Connection didnt even offer to check my eyes! Also, after i told them about the lenses, the sales person said actually there is another customer who also complained about their contact lenses before and they just took the 'faulty' lenses for testing! They are still selling those contact lenses regardless just for your information, so beware. Eyes are no joking matter, and i hoped they had taken this more seriously.

Pleased with after sales service and the fast turnaround time for “branded” lenses. Also, unlike many shops out there, they also have a decent selection of rimless frames.
