Very nice company, big clients, worked for about one year , helped me to get a job in Singapore as I came from India HR is good and helps to solve the queries.

Worst management ever to work with. We never get a reply from the HR or any Poc on time. We need to chase multiple times to get any work done.

Worst company to work with. My friend just declined their offer respectfully and the person at the other end was not able to handle it and started shouting and downgrading her. What a negative mindset! This just makes me feel glad that she didn't join their organisation. Such unprofessional behaviour by one Subramanium.

This company has HR(vice president) name Pikash, This guy scheduled my interview for once client & I got selected. Then he called on my number n number of times  to asked me to come to his office to collect offer letter, Once I got offer from his office(In Changi) then he asked me to sign on offer letter(After sign if you're not able to join then you need to pay 2 months salary) & I did. He told me that tomorrow we'll apply for an EP, He didn't respond to my call/message/email for the next almost 8 days and did not apply for the EP. Since I signed the offer letter, then stopped searching for a job also because of the contract penalty as per contract on offer letter. On the 9th day he received my call and told me that our budget was not clear with the client so couldn't apply EP. if your budget was not clear then how come you released the offer letter and asked the candidate to sign on? Why not reply to my message/email/call in the last 8 days? Is this the behaviour of the Vice President of a company? The Next day somehow another HR applied for the EP and then I got approved next month and by the time I came to my country the lockdown was announced. Once my visa is approved then no one from the company reaches out to me, I'll keep on running behind them. Is this not HR's responsibility ? After a few months my IPA expired but this company didn't even try to onboard me. Spoiled my career. Very very worst company.  When I sent an email(with all attachment and details as proof) to the CEO of the company, the CEO also did not reply to my email. I'll never ever suggest anyone apply job through this company. They're liars, irresponsibles & unprofessionals.

Absolute unprofessional, they process offer letter from so called vendors. And forcr you to sign in the letter in name of ministry of manpower Singapore and then they will probably humiliate the candidate. Baseless talks, no facts. Offer letter is being processed by somebody else, you will be working for someone else and payroll will be from optimum solutions.. which they don’t even state anywhere other than emails… Absolute fraud….
