The sofa was too big to fit through my door and they have to take it back, they proposed to send us a temporary sofa while waiting for them to restructure the sofa and deliver another time.
I asked to changed it to another smaller and cheaper sofa, they are fine with it and refund me the difference.
Lucky they are not those kind of Ah beng people or dealer who will try to come up with lame reason just to charge you extra.
