★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's not much going on here, other than some medical clinics. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare, and it's a short walk away from most amenities. There's a 7-11 on the ground floor of this building but that's about it. It's also a little dated, and they're trying to upgrade the lifts during this period. That said, clean, functional, does its job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The toilets are sometimes very disgusting - handicapped one especially on the 12th floor stinking of rotten eggs. Some floor do not have hooks to hang bag and with broken toilet roll holder. Wishing there's serviettes to dry hands after hand washing
