S	S L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So thankful to have come across Orchard Clinic when I was trying to look for non-invasive ways to correct my DR after 2 pregnancies. I am petite and having a DR makes me still look pregnant and have backaches. My experienced consultant, Filzah, has been ever so helpful in explaining about the treatments and patient each time during the treatment sessions. My DR successfully healed from 4.7cm to 1.5cm after the treatments! Though expensive, I am really pleased with the end result and my experience here. I no longer look pregnant or suffer from backaches anymore. Highly recommend fellow mommies who suffer from DR to get a consultation and give the treatments a try! Thank you Filzah and team once again for your help in this DR healing journey :)

I have reduced back and abdominal pain, improved appearance for the loose skin and stretch marks, and feel stronger at my core. Nikki & Clarissa, who have helped with my treatments, are meticulous in ensuring that the experience is comfortable and as effective as can be. They will check in on my well-being every session and make tweaks to the treatment, if required. If your DR condition seems to have plateaued with physical exercises, consider visiting this clinic for a consultation. While not the cheapest, it is a decent non-invasive alternative to improve postpartum DR.

Every session is like going to a friend’s house :) As far as the treatment goes, it worked out really well for me. My gap was 5cm and now it’s down to 2cm. Back pain is almost non existent and I have core strength again. Had forgotten what that’s like lol. All in all a wonderful option to having a complex surgery and deal with recovery thereafter. Can’t recommend them enough!!

On my first appointment my DR was 3.7cm and now it is 1.8cm. The treatments are painless and effective. Highly recommend people with DR to visit here ????

My consultant Filzah did a very good explanation & i was pretty sold to join them in getting my DR treatment done. My DR gap was measured at 3.5cm on day 1. Though the price is a little on the high side, i did not regret it as i could see extremely great results! By the 7th session, the DR gap went to 2cm! Every session was an enjoyable one as well everyone there is very nice to talk to too! Highly recommended!

She was very professional from the beginning in advising and sharing with me what is DR, how the treatment would help etc. My DR improved by 0.5 after 4 sessions! Was impressed by the treatments. Throughout the journey, Vanessa has been following up with me closely, ensuring I am ok during the whole sessions and a very good listening ear to issues we shared. However, after being here for 4 months and having my treatment done only once a week, I have been able to close the gap from 4cm to 2.2cm now. My core has gotten stronger and I no longer have backache. I am please with the results! The team here are all very pleasant to talk to, especially Nikki who is always cheerful and with Clarissa who have supported me throughout my journey. Highly recommended!
