Upon receipt we called to arrange a site inspection to receive a formal quote & begin more solid discussions. Customer service (term used VERY loosely) from the lady on the phone was well below par. Provided quote reference multiple times, her inability to look up a quote reference when she "WASNT INCLUDED ON THE EMAIL" is ridiculous. It's 2020, surely an international moving company could look up a quote based on reference numbers rather than who was included/cc'd on what email.

His team who packaged our items were very professional and quick at wrapping and labelling our items no matter how big or odd the sizes were and heavy. His partner in Ireland was great too.
