The development itself forms an ideal catchment area for shoppers as it is situated amongst a densely populated locality. The development comprises primarily shops and offices with basement car parks. Outram MRT station is only a stone's throw away from the development and public transport is readily available along the main thoroughfare of New Bridge Road. It is of 4 mins walk from Outram Park MRT station via New Bridge Road.

โ โ โ โ โ Used to be a cinema more than 3 decade ago. It os a small plaza. The only 2 stores for shoppers are fashion and Korean food stores. Korean batbecue store is doing well. Usially crowded especially weekend evening.
