Super-fast response from the Origin Team, thanks. They made good on their one-month warranty. Sparky had indicated bedbugs during a follow-up inspection. He sniffed out two items which had both just come back from specialist dry-cleaning and weren't around during the initial rounds of treatments. Once alerted, they sent someone down - no questions asked. I originally called them because I wanted people with professional equipment and a thorough understanding of bedbug behaviour. And partially because our company names were so similar, and because I love working dogs. :) I had bedbugs that hitchhiked from a longterm population. Those types are particularly tough to deal with because they've had over a decade to learn how to evade us and had been exposed to many rounds of commercial-grade pesticides over that time. Some followed me when I moved out into my own place to start a new life. So I knew that I had to KO these pests in 1 round; the longer they are left to thrive the harder it becomes to get rid of them. They'll go deeper into the plastered walls and woodwork to colonise multiple hidden locations. My new place is a heritage demi-D row of shophouses so the whole structure is linked - a potential disaster if it spread. They used a combination of direct spraying and water-based misting to get into places we can't normally reach, concentrating around any built-in structures like wardrobes. They also gave valuable advice including recommendations to apply new silicone sealant around the corners of the unit to future-proof the place, and observations of the semi-D structure itself that I wasn't necessarily aware of. The washer and commercial dryer took care of everything else. Fast forward to now - Woke up past few mornings fresh and itch-free. Sparky's scheduled to come back Thursday for another follow-up inspection. Most importantly, my peace of mind has been restored. That's priceless to any business owner / entrepreneur. Wicked. p.s. you do need to trash-bag and properly seal your belongings though, anything that might not fare so well being marinated in poison mist for 5 hours.

I have been a client of Origin Exterminators for more than a decade. Recently, I had termites infestation in my garden. Their termite specialist came down punctually and meticulously checked through my garden. He thoroughly took out the nest and the Queen termite. He was efficient, polite and informative.

Selected Origin 10 yrs ago and never regretted our decision. When we first bought our place, it literally had termites and trails all over the house and even had visible tunnels along the side of the wall. Because the place has a jacuzzi, Origin recommended a non chemical approach (none of the other exterminators I spoke to pointed that out). It took a few months to get rid of the termites and we got hits every now and then from the markers they placed around the house but never had any problems internally since. Before I forget, they also have long serving and professional staff. Highly recommended!
