★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely adore our Umpak bed. It is well made and beautifully crafted - not a single nail, the bed is assembled like a jigsaw. We bought a few items from Originals but this is by far our favourite - cannot recommend them enough.

Throughout the process, the service we received was excellent and we were impressed by the quality of the furniture. We can't wait to have it installed in our powder room!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Azur bed from Originals. It’s super solid and sturdy and very pleasing to the eye. The quality of the bed and the design make this bed an amazing buy, considering its price! We had taken several months to shop for a bed; hence had visited many stores. One of the definite plus points of shopping at Originals is the service. The salesperson did not sell, but, instead, took his time to understand our needs and offered such detailed information about the beds they had. He had fantastic product knowledge and understanding of customer needs. We are so happy with our bed!

This pic shows my dining set, chairs, side board and I first got the rug from them in 2017 and its still looking so amazing. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond with sending me care details and checkin in, i am a very happy customer :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very attentive staff and they kept us updated on every update on our couch. There was a bit of a mixup on the color we ordered but it was handled extremely professionally and the issue was rectified. We’re still so in love with our couch and get so many compliments on how comfy it is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought several pieces from the Originals.. dining table & chairs, cabinet, master bed frame & side tables, living room sofa, coffee tables, mirrors and other small interior items...all so lovely! The most satisfying of all is their customer service and their post sales support. I am so impressed! My coffee table had molds after few months and they exchanged it with a brand new piece. When my bed started making some squeaky noice(after 4 years of usage), they immediately sent someone to fix the bed! I mean, this is what i call customer service! I strongly recommend this brand both in terms of product AND service QUALITY! Thanks Originals team!
