โ โ โ โ โ I had no issues with my self collection process. I just popped by without making any prior booking, and got my item quickly.
Maybe a little bit tricky to find, particularly with the ongoing construction around Redhill MRT.

โ โ โ โ โ The redemption process I experienced is quick and easy. Reading from the complaints, I supposed they went during lunch peak hours or weekends. But I went on a weekday morning and it can't be easier. I suppose it depends on what time you visit the centre.

โ โ โ โ โ Good and fast service. However, i am surprised that your company still makes copies of the claimant's NRIC copy. I am sure your company is aware that it is against the law to make copies of the NRIC. Why is that in that case your company is still doing something illegal? It is not enough to say Starhub requests you to do so. I will appreciate that your company disposes such copies responsibly and undertakes the safe keeping of such copies. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ Utterly disappointed with the way the centre communicates with its delivery of redemption items to their drivers. Delivery dates were clearly stated on when to deliver, but not followed. Causing unnecessary waste of time (and costs) to the centre, delivery driver, and its customers. They need to clean up their act and systems such that needless frustration and stress can be avoided. Companies considering to engage their services, please look elsewhere. Their lack of professionalism may just bring down your company's reputation.

โ โ โ โ โ Simple. A redemption centre for numerous promo from telco and promotional packages. A distribution point where they do the simple check and hand over the promotional items to end user after verification. It appears like an office with minimum staffs

โ โ โ โ โ Went there today afternoon to collect an item from my wifi recontract. The building is quite old and easy to locate. The centre is located on the 5th floor facing an office called Patlite. There are few offices there which I definitely believed has been tenants for years.
Was served by a friendly staff namely Jenny. The office looks a bit messy but I think itโs due to them being a redemption centre. Anyway service was fast and I manage to get my item in 15 minutes.

โ โ โ โ โ I opted for delivery for my prism monitor from myrepublic. Waited more than 14 days (according to them item to be delivered by then). Called to check on status and was told 2 delivery attempts were made. Both days I was at home (wfh) but nobody rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. I don't know who your delivery guys are but they aren't doing their job. Now I have to wait for the monitor to reach your centre (it takes 1 week apparently) so I can collect it myself. Hope people see this so they don't opt for the delivery.

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed that this redemption centre closes on the dot at 6pm. They didnโt want to entertain me although I came down all the way. Being a weekday, itโs pointless if they close at 6pm. Because thereโs no time for most people to do redemption after office hours. I will also feedback to the respective corporate companies. If the management wants to put this right, you may leave your email address and number. So I will be in touch with you.
