Because I didn't want to bring one man show company and Sim Lim Square which is most scary place in Singapore for my important video tapes.
As result, This was right way.‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got Ortec Digital to convert old 22 VHS, 4 mini DV and 27 8mm tapes into mp4 digital format and they were able to clean the tapes and complete everything within 3 weeks. Very satisfied with their service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We will not recommend any friends or clients for dishonest business like Ortec. Was charged $90 just on replacing tape casing without checking if the tape will work. Tape cover is also missing when item was returned.
Totally unacceptable as the tape is not working and we are still charge for it. In addition, they didn’t offer any resolution for it and avoiding calls. Considered donation to poor company which need $ desperately. They don’t even deserve any stars for dishonesty.
