★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ngian Kite Seng has a pair of healing hands. At 56 years old, i was diagnosed with a grade 3 lumbar spine spondylothesis. He fixed my spine and I recovered well. I'm back to my active lifestyle again.Thanks be to the God. My Lord sent me a good surgeon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hearing from a third party pov, the registration counter lady was being rude to the following patient.
The patient booked a timeslot but had to wait for an hour for her turn when she had mention she has another appointment at another block.
The efficiency and attitude made by the lady showed no apology and empathy replying "there is no choice".
Patients were advised to reach early and this happens without any sign of apology.
Disappointed in the service by Mount Alvernia.
