It wasn't as smooth sailing as advertised. The response is slow and the platform isn't intuitive. It is a good effort, but there is a lot of room for improvement. One good thing is that all the staff are sincere and helpful, although everything is done online at least there is a response.

Great service by Myles and her team. I love their efficiency and speed in doing things. Myles is very responsive with great attitude. Their incorporation package is also competitive. Highly recommended!

From the Onbording to the following process, it has been a wonderful experience. The though of opening a company overseas it can be quite scary and frustrating, however through Osome and particularly under the guidance and advise of Myles Barnes it has been totally the opposite. The idea of incorporate my business in Singapore has been sitting on my mind for months, but having second thoughts since I wasn’t sure how frustrating the process could be. (You really don’t have to call them, they have this nice chat interface where you can contact them easily). All I had to do was getting onboard with their Osome app, where you can interact with their staff who will take you through the entire process step by step. It was so smooth, all I had to do was filling out some information and putting my signature where necessary, and they take care of the complex documentation process from their end. I honestly think the process wouldn’t be this easy if I went to some other consulting firm. So Myles, Shun, and the entire team who interacted with me so far… you guys are awesome! You showed me how professional and helpful you all are. Special thanks goes to Myles who even decided to go extra steps to help me with some issues I had with some other application as well.
