Very pleasant experience. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr Rebecca who attended to my dental care and surgery went the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable throughout.

If I could I wud rate 6stars... I just did 2 implants today. Can't thank Dr Chew & his assistant Avery enough for been so kind & patient.. I was unsure if I can handle 2 implants same time and Dr Chew suggested I can do one 1st though 2 wud be ideal.. so I decided on doing 2. Half way thru I changed my mind cos I was kinda of overwhelm by my own fears so I signal to Doc to stop and just do one.. Dr Chew was very understanding n reassure me it's OK to do one..No worries... N when he finished the 1st implant I was so surprised cos so fast n painless.. so I ask him if I can do the 2nd one..He say of course and thoughout the whole process keep asking me I am feeling ok.. Really so kind and caring... Deeply appreciated.... N so thotful they are to provide a pillow n blanket ..I really love the pillow it's so reassuring...Never had such service before in any dental clinic before... The whole environment is very cosy and professional.. and the post surgery care is just as genuine as well. Thank you all very much once again .. Dr Chew, Avery and Chee.... Cant wait to see you all next Fri again for review. Take care and stay safe..

Dr. Chia and the rest of the team are very gentle, and professional. They express genuine care and advise me of the best options for the treatment, with patience and full knowledge. These are the things we all look for, in a clinic where we entrust our most sensitive and one of the most important part of our face, which we use everyday for communication and nourishment.

The process for my tooth implant was finally completed! I am writing to thank Dr Melvin Chia and his professional team for the skill and care they possessed and rendered. The dental clinic is conducive and the staffs were helpful and friendly. As for Dr Chia, he is extremely skilful and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He displays great sense of humour which put his patients at ease during the procedure. I am thankful I chose Dr Melvin Chia to do my implant, and will definitely return for my future dental visits. Very efficient and professional staff and the doctor was very reassuring. I wish I had found this clinic long time ago. I had my wisdom teeth removed and the experience was extremely comfortable and painless. Dr. Koh and the nurses made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and followed up over the next couple of days to make sure my recovery was going well. Would highly recommend!
