★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owen's price is affordable and reasonable. I do my hair treatment once a month with him and he will give head massages during the treatment too. He doesn't speak much English but if you have pic of the style for reference, that will be great. He is not pushy and sometimes discourage you from doing more if he thinks it's unnecessary. He colored my hair for my wedding and I love it! Ps: the hair styling is by Jac (not affiliated with Owen hairsalon) ig account:jaclyntanhmua
