Poor customer service! I'm really disappointed! I wanted to give my bf a present and use his name for my acc so the courier could track him easily in his country and my credit card to purchase and they accused me as fraud. But this company didn't even had the effort to send verification to the phone number or email that I put. They just decided to label my purchase as fraud. How come?! And the agent that I talked to is not approachable and didn't elaborated the problem when I ask. Very disappointing experience. -nope, they did not requested a verification or photo of my card or any supporting documents. I checked the email that I gave them and the phone number, NONE! This has been settled if they communicated properly. Even the agent can't even explain it to me. She just said that their "DECISION IS FINAL" leaving me without any notification. I just found out that they refunded when I checked my bank account. There's no text or email for the refund as well! I understand your system now that your team provided an explanation. But you should've reached out to me before you cancel.

Dodgy, SCAM or just bad company infrastructure? After payment they ask for personal details of your bank account. Do not trust them. Took my money and "cancelled" my order. Wonder if I ever see that money again... Reply - what you are able to do is improve your website security. Add in 2-step verification so payments are secure. Also do not openly save my card details unencrypted on your website without me being able to delete it or remove my account. I have had to cancel my card due to your lack of security. These are very simple fixes.

Bought a pair of dunk low panda. Happy to have bought from them. Smooth transaction during check out. No extra charges for taxes during shipping on my part. I think it may vary depending on how far you are from the origin of the item. So much more to commend. Thanks Ox Street. ?
