One of the most unstrategically-placed buildings in the whole of Singapore. I’d rather pay premium rent than having my office being located here. It surely will scare away my clients.

This is a nice, clean & bright B1 industrial building. Easy access and link to major expressway. Plus ++ many new residential development nearby. Very good location for investment or relocating business here.
