โ โ โ โ โ They have noisy background like in industry park when contacting them via intercom.. our carpark side already noisy with jam piling up.. and then their side also noisy.. how to communicate clearly and fast????

โ โ โ โ โ Called their hotline and they are so far quite responsive. Met a couple of hiccups with their parking gantry but were resolved quickly. Their parking charges seem to be the standard public parking charges too so still reasonable (at least they have free 30 minutes parking in my office building).

โ โ โ โ โ Their carparks tend to shut down if there is too much traffic or heavy rain. I suspect they don't have enough manpower to properly do maintainence or they don't have enough qualified people managing said carpark. Keep at it sendirian berhad. If you are looking to work at a workplace that does not have a future and/or prospect of promotion for Singaporeans. People who can barely communicate in English are able to be promoted just because they are liked by the higher ups. I recommend this company as you can work for a few years and they barely know what your job scope or name is till its too late. Just work day in and day out till you get a better paying or respectable workplace.

โ โ โ โ โ please take note of the cash value inside your cashcard if the carpark is managed by them!!! Gantry won't open, kept displaying error messages on display saying no card in IU. So we took out the cashcard & tap on the card reader manually, deduction done. Then i realised that the charges was already auto debited from my cashcard prior to the manual deduction. Paid twice. Email sent to them, two weeks already nobody even bother to reply. This company will be listed soon if every car pay twice the parking fee.
