★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a returning customer : Good product but experience was ruined by the unprofessional manager shouting at her staff - what a lousy experience. Utterly shocking and unpleasant!
Customers go to the boutique and pay a premium expecting a good experience. Save yourself the pain of being unhappy after spending your money, buy online/take your money somewhere else!

Their staff's product knowledge was very good and they were very warm and friendly. From my visit to their showroom to the delivery of what I purchased, service was excellent all the way. Gteat job and I look forward to my next visit for a very nice sofa!
