Exactly the same experience as the other parents. Not possible to get through on the phone and their customer handling is very poor. The issue with them is that your order has to be correct from the start. If you made an error then you will incur cost as their policy is any cancelation of orders would have a 15$ charge. They also do not do changes to an order so once you have ordered, you have ordered. I think imposing a fee on cancelation is fine however there should be an option for customers to make changes on the order. If you do not allow even changes on the order then a 15$ penalty is rather steep. A customer making a change on the order is in fact still interested to order from the same shop however some fine tuning is needed; therefore it would make sense to be customer centric and work with the customer to fulfill the purchase.

One of the worst companies, if not, the worst, I wonder how MOE can contract such a low standard book company to supply to schools. Contact number is useless as no one picks up the phone, email is useless also as there are no replies, and after delivering 1 belt short and God knows what other books that are missing, I seriously doubt any one from Pacific Bookstore will reply to all these bad reviews.

how can such a company be entrusted with such an important task for all school going children? cant get through the line. no reply on email. hopeless! p/s : to all parents who face the same issue as me, try calling the school bookstore directly . I managed to resolve the missing orders via that channel.

Terrible experience. Drop a few emails to regards of below but no reply from them Ihave purchased school books via your online website on the 4 December 2021 ref no.: PDS2244157. Attach Given below with the list of book bought via online: Pupil's Book Maths 6B Pupil's Book Maths 6B Workbook Maths 6A Workbook Maths 6B I made my purchase based on the book list given via online by the class selection and now I was informed by my child that it's totally a different set of books needed. I was informed that in total she needs 4 nos. of books for the "foundation math" which was not in the list when the order was made. On the 5 January 2022 When my child approach the bookshop to do a 1 to 1 exchange with the receipt she was told that exchange cannot be done. Kindly advice on the questions given below: Why was the list not updated or there is no option with these set of books in the online list for foundation under category? What am I supposed to do with the current book that I have on hand which is not going to be in use and I spent $26+ on it ? Now I need to spend about another additional $40+ to purchase foundation math book.

Dear Pacific Bookshop I am writing in (both in email and on a Google review) to let you know that you have given me an entire list of wrong books for my order. Please refer to photos attached. What is the point of preordering books from your website early to help facilitate YOUR logistics and planning if in the end the entire set of books for my order was given wrongly. I've been ordering books from you since 2018, and this is the first time such a thing has occurred. Suffice to say, I am slightly disappointed in your customer service this year. We've written names on some books that now cannot be returned or exchanged, which is partly my fault as I didn't check carefully before labeling the books. However, to have an ENTIRE order be given wrongly after pre-ordering earlier on is quite unacceptable in my opinion. As a customer, I can accept certain unforeseen circumstances and some level of human error. But I hope that by writing in, Pacific Bookstore will improve in both their logistics and customer service moving forward.

SCAM bookstore. ZERO STARS. problems with login/register. unable to remove items at checkout and will need to start all over again as it AUTO SCAMS(adds) many redundant selects, ie higher chinese, art items, unless individually unchecked. legacy ui very laggy. lousy books with no substance(from p1 to p5); train children to be robot. $13.80 delivery SCAM. dunno how this scamstore get MoE approval.

Collected the books at the book store after we ordered online, 5 of the books was missing from the list luckily we checked before we left! And the auntie who attended to us was skeptic when we told her. Worse part hadn’t end as some booklets was meant to be given to teacher directly but she claimed that we did not make payment for it! All this verification of payment can be done by checking in their own system through their headquarter but seem like their system is really messy. Nothing was done even though I had confirmed with their head quarter that my payment was done for the booklet. No choice I had to show my physical receipt to the teacher instead. Do not recommend their service as there is basically no service at all. I wish I could get the material elsewhere but unfortunately some of the books ain’t available!

Placed order on their website as instructed. Order came and most orders were correct except for missing math books and some duplicate. Emailed them and the instruction was to exchange when school term starts. The staff at the school kept questioning my daughter repeatedly asking if she is sure she has not received them (the order check list was ticked off indicating they have sent it). Seriously, is this the way to treat your customer? Such rude service.
