★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness is always amazing all over Singapore. This building, for me is good due to easy to get smoking corner LOL. Easy to get food at food center. The building also available various fast food resto where you can get quick bite and drinks. I went for business thus no chance for sight seing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitual late paymaster! Very slow payment. Always delaying payment of supplier invoices for more than 6 months! If you want to do business with them, be prepared to chase your payment for many months. It gets even more frustrating because the team either ignores you or gives you the same excuses all the time. Better check their financial reports before giving credit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shipping line is the most useless in the world, for 4 months now this company have kept my containers in kota lukis vessel and won't give varied reason for the delay. African customers should advice their suppliers to use better companies for their shipments. The company should be at the bottom pit not the 10th largest because even the tortoise can move faster than the services of PIL.
