I have nothing but great things to say about Danielle Lynch from Paddington Partners Singapore! From the get-go she was a joy to spend time with - she's exceptionally capable, warm, positive, and fun. Danielle was extremely communicative and professional throughout the entire process, as well as very knowledgeable at explaining the new Singapore market for me. Danielle took the time to find out what I was looking for and was very clear on the potential fit of new roles, so I felt confident every time when she recommended a role to me. Danielle made herself available for any questions or queries and continued to touch base with me throughout the entire process. But what impressed me most was Danielle’s willingness to go a little bit further - helping out with interview prep, words of support and all the thing you wish a recruitment consultant would do for you.
