Horrible experience with this company. Not able to follow through on things that they have agreed to. Avoid at all costs.

It has been two months since our renovation and we thought it would be apt to pen down our reno journey experience with palmwood. When we first started hunting for an id, it didnt cross our mind to engage a contractor because we were unsure if we can handle a major project as such on our own. But when so many ids we approached couldnt accomodate our timeline, we decided to take a leap of faith and went with palmwood. It turned out to be the best decision we have ever made. Communication has been such a breeze, from the start all the way to the end. Hillary was responsive and responsible, always dispensing solid advices. She was accommodating and friendly which also makes it comfortable for us when we had to make tough decisions! We also love the fact thay they have their own in house carpenters so everything from fabrication to installation can proceed without much delay. Post reno services were also quick and prompt, which was something we really appreciate. Thank you Hillary and Vincent of Palmwood for handholding us while we navigate reno through covid times. It has been a rewarding journey and we would love to recommend them to anyone who is looking to renovate their place with peace of mind. We are truly grateful to the palmwood team!

Vincent and Hillary from Palmwood has demonstrated utmost attention to details and professionalism. We love how the finishing are very neat and smooth. From carpentry, tiling, electrical to painting all done carefully with precision and on time with our datelines.

Met up with 3-4 different IDs and Contractors including Palmwood. Compared to all the meet ups we had with the different companies, our experience with Palmwood was by far the best. Haley reached out to us, he was warm, friendly and prompt with his replies he also introduced us to Ben. Haley & Ben were able to understand fully of our ideas and build onto it, recommending and suggesting things which we felt improved on our initial plans. They provided honest requirements needed for our home renovation without trying to put in unnecessary work. They also guided us through the whole process (e.g. selection of tiles and sinks) and provided professional inputs to find alternatives for us based on our requirements & budget.The design of our feature wall in the living room was the most important to us and they understood that and was able to propose a design that met all our requirements, from the height/width of the niche to wood laminate colour. If there’s anything that can be improved, their proactivness in managing the project during the renovation.There are a few times where we felt that we had to chase them for an update, that's the only downside. In closing, it was a great experience to work with these two gentlemen, they were always well-prepared, professional, and polite at our every encounter.
