β β β β β My sister and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights (Nov 15th - Nov 21st) . We had club booking . Everything was great . Ms. Anne who did our check in process and all other colleagues were very polite and kind . They behaved very friendly. All the staff in Pacific club (Floor 38) were great . I believe Mr. Josef and all other personnel over there are valued assets of this hotel . They were the main reason that we were happy with our stay in Pan Pacific hotel.. I should appreciate the guys which were responsible for room maintenance. They were very precise and thoughtful .
