★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proud sales representative claims to know his products well but it seems he knows nut. That's what they sell. Isn't it? Very unprofessional. Attitude problem towards customer who purchase less. Tell me the item can never find in the market needed to customize made. Nonsense! I just walk across the road and found all the things I need in another store. Definitely will not recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading so many negative review about this shop, i decided to try my luck and see if they have.
Approached one of the staff looking for common screw used on plastic. Unexperience staff then went to his colleague who asked me how many i need. Told him i need 4 (when i only need 2) straight away face changed and said NO, DONT HAVE
(In the first place, if you dont have, why bother asking how many i need???)
Saw him mumbling to the unexperience guy saying something like “dont waste time”
1 guy standing beside me was quoted $5 for one small pc of bolt !
He was taken aback looking at his expression
Look, im not rich but rather pay more to order online and get it shipped from other country than buying from you !
Retailer complaining about poor business may wanna reflect ownself attitude/services. At this modern age when buyer will alway go online to source/read review before commiting their purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today for the first time. Only looking for a few small replacement screws and nuts. Guy at the service counter was good, but you need to know exactly what you want. If I need any more screws, nuts, washers, etc. of any size, this is the place to go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there is a very polite and helpful auntie used to be working as over the years i got my stainless screws there. as she is no longer working, some sales staff will try to be difficult stating min quantity, give you a death stare etc. tbh, their stainless steel screws are pretty good, just a handful of poor attitude sales stuff make the company looks bad. thumbs down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For small purchases, sales rep constantly showed his impatience, and taking every effort to point out incorrect terms i used for screws. While I understand that small purchases do not earn them much, it still does not warrant being that rude to someone just looking for 3 or 4 screw replacements.
Their attitude has not changed since 3 years or 7 years ago, where I had to source fasteners for my poly and uni FYP projects. I only decided to write a review because it is definitely not isolated cases of bad customer service. There are other shops around the area that are more willing to help you (even as a small purchaser).
I just hope that larger purchasers avoid this shop too, because they are only loyal to how big your purchases are. The other shops around this area deserve your business more - as humans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get my stainless steel washers, bolts, nuts of all sorts if shapes and sizes from here.
Of course buying more is economical and that's their main business. But if I only need one or two pieces, they are flexible to sell them to me individually at a higher price no doubt (eg. $0.20 each), but I don't have to rigidly buy a pack of 50 (at eg. $3.00) just to use two.
All purchase are accounted for with receipt, which is very professional IMHO.

Please visit Kian Soon Huat Co. (which I had managed to get the screws I wanted with 5-star service) or Yong Seng Screws Pte Ltd (I haven't tried them). These 2 shops are on the other side of French Road, less than 50m away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to like this store but now can only recommend to avoid if you can. Always been buying screws and bolts from here. Recently had to exchange some bolts that were 5mm too short. Had the receipt for it but they refused to take them back because they said exchange only within 3 days, I bought 7 days.
Super bad service and attitude! You have lost a previously loyal customer!!
