Was caught by lady colleague watching adult movie during office hour. advise to all lady colleague, stay away from him. Wanna went Panasonic Asia will get rid of this bad egg.

β β β β β I bought the top microwave model NN CS894 for around 2 years and it broke down, the technician came and confirmed the POWER BOARD failed by just looking but they have no stock of the spare parts and it needs to be ordered. The replacement will cost me $200+. But they cannot tell me when I can get the replacement and the job done. Most regrettable to buy Panasonic.
Furthermore it is impossible to contact them by Hotline as I have to wait for more than 10mins for them to answer my call.
Ultimately I wrote them an email and I got a reply 2 days later to inform me an appointment is fixed another 2 days later.
I owned a fridge, a 65inch TV, Laser disc player and a previous expensive steam convection microwave oven, totally satisfied until this new unit.
