β β β β β I ordered coconut mee chiang kueh, this is the crispy style and he makes it fresh. The guy is lovely and friendly but the batter is a bit overdone / tough and dry. There is a Clementi mck place that's better.

β β β β β Possibly the best crispy crust mee jiang kueh in Singapore! Peanut butter, coconut and cheese with sugar are my favourites. Be prepared to wait for 10-15 mins but definitely worth it.
