You can also watch the future leaders of Singapore (students of all ages) canoeing during the day.
However, the place is deserted in the night.

+Has a modest, sheltered & elevated rest stop
+Interesting sights like a family of monitor ? feasting on fish, otter, people kayaking ⛵
-Grainy road, gravel will get into your running shoes
-At a particular stretch of the route, opposite end of the rest stop, it smelled of pee (about 20m).
