Engaged PapyPress to design our wedding invitations. Overall, was satisfied with their service. Jonelle and Mei Wen were pleasant to work with. They accommodated our preferences well and were very patient in making changes to the design, which was something I appreciated as I had quite a few changes on my end. The design was very elegant and stylish, much to my satisfaction. Although there were no issues with getting out the design and cards printed in time, I thought they could have been a bit more efficient in their responses at times. But perhaps it was because our order wasn't very big. In any case, am happy with the service!

I worked with PapyPress for some company greeting cards - initial meeting with Phyllis was a delight and she understood my needs perfectly. I had compared them with some other printers that could have done the same job for a lower price HOWEVER I just knew that I was also getting their exceptional customer service in their fee and this was something that I actually experienced quite soon after delivery of products. Final result differed somewhat from the final sign off and Phyllis was quick to come back with a solution and really went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I had envisioned. I don't believe for a second that this amazing customer service would have happened elsewhere. I would recommend them to others without hesitation and I look forward to working with PapyPress again in the near future for my bespoke stationery needs.

Papypress print quality is good, do look for Aaron instead of Mei Wen. We initially tried to work with Mei Wen when printing our Raffles Hotel invitations, and her service was rather poor. For background, we were on a tight timeline for printing our invitations. She was fairly unresponsive to texts/emails even when we were trying to confirm the timing of our first meeting. (This is more of something we find strange than a complaint) When we met her, she did not introduce who she was and she just started talking about the invitation (don’t people normally introduce themselves on the first meeting? But it’s okay, different people have different personalities). The real problem came in when we sent her the information to be filled into our invitation via Whatsapp as she requested, she did not respond even when we sent her the information. Like no acknowledgement or anything. Without any acknowledgement, we decided to email Aaron who got us all set-up with samples of our invitations within the day he replied to us. He is much more responsive and quick, and we managed to get our invitations printed within the week. During which we had zero message from Mei Wen or any type of acknowledgement (whether Aaron communicated to her he was taking over the case or she forgot about us is only known to them). Quality of the invitations print is fine, Aaron did a great job arranging our information quickly. Only issue was that when we wanted to purchase the Raffles Hotel Guestbook, he said it was not ready stock (in our previous meeting with Mei Wen, she said the Guestbook was ready stock?), so we ended up needing to make an additional trip down to their office to collect it.

Ordered a set of bespoke cards for my anniversary with only 4 days to spare. Corby and his team turned it around very quickly and reassured me the cards would get to me on time. They did and they were beautifully printed. Used them many years ago for my wedding and quality remains exceptional.

I’ve engaged PapyPress as part of my journey to fulfil a lifelong dream — to publish a book, and I’ve to say, PapyPress truly delivers. It was a project I started at the beginning of October, and I was looking to officially published the book on the 30th. I knew it was a tight timeline, but during the initial meeting with Phyllis, I was comforted that they could work with that. The initial meeting with Phyllis was an absolute delight (also thank you, Jonelle, for offering me your second opinions, it was lovely meeting you too!). I was impressed with their samples and works, and I knew there and then that it was not necessary to compare and consider other printing providers. The entire process and communication was very responsive and smooth, and can I say, I was so impressed by the quality when I first received the sample copy! I have received my freshly printed books (and bookmarks) last evening, and it was exactly what was communicated. I can’t recommend PapyPress enough, simply on its service (promise) and quality. I also look forward to future engagement with PapyPress, be it for another personal passion project or even corporate works. Thank you, Phyllis, Ian and team! Papypress has been such a blessing to us! Perhaps you will think that the wedding invitation suite wouldn't make a difference - for us, it really brought the wedding theme together and made it a wedding we could call our own. Jonelle has been very professional, friendly and responsive right from the beginning. What I appreciate most is how passionate and enthusiastic she is about designing our invitations - it just made this process so much more personal and fun. She was very willing to explore different types of papers, colours, styles, and she was at the same time very forthcoming with proposing ideas and giving us professional advice on what is best. Furthermore, Jonelle and her team have been very generous with us. As we adapted to COVID19 exigencies, there were multiple changes, edits, and we even added in a couple of new designs at the last minute (that's on us, we forgot!) The team was very kind to discuss with us and edit right down to the most minute details, such as manually adjusting the curvature of the letter 'C' from the original base font. They genuinely understand that these are important to us and sincerely supported us in the decisions we made along the way. You can take a look at the invitation suite - the gold print, blues, greens, and the intricate floral details (we had a customised logo too fitted in too!), and beautiful typography are a testament to their expertise and design finesse. It is my dad's small business venture amidst COVID19 times, we had a tight budget and no expertise in design. I wrote to many companies but Papypress got back to us immediately and reached out to us to have a chat. I was most impressed by the email that they sent and how willing they were to find a way to support us - mind you, we were a small business, and PapyPress definitely has a name in the industry that I thought they wouldn't need a small client like us. Speaking to Jonelle and Mei Wen, they were sincere and very genuine in working out an arrangement for us. It was such a joy working with these two designing what turned out to be such an intricate and colourful design! I love the design ideas that the team came up with, and I know how much effort must have gone into these iterations. The design for our logo is just amazing - its versatile, subtly colourful, a hand-drawn thumbprint that is very symbolic and is exactly the size of my dad's thumbprint! It has been about a year and this logo is just perfect for all our needs, be it printed on a sticker or hot-stamped onto our wood products. Thank you, you two truly made a difference! :)

I engaged PapyPress's to help me do personalized cards for my wedding guests (approx 45) - printing of the card design, the words and the envelope were all beautifully done up by them. Corby was pleasant and very responsive in my enquiries - the cards were all printed and delivered in a few days!
