I have been working in Compass One as a kitchen helper and the chef have submit my working hours to the HQ on the 14/03/2017. And was told to have my paid be bank in by 20/30/2017. But today when I check on my bank account, I found out that my paid was not bank in, so I call up to check and they told me that my paid will be bank in on 27/03/2017. Is this the way of how the account department take it to delay the staff salary ? Even I am just a part timer, does it make this a simple excess of doing the work ? How do you expect other people to come and work in your company ? No people is willing to come and work if paid have been delay from 20/03/2017 to 27/03/2017 as promise by the company. This is not the staff problem, this is the problem from the company account.

One of the outlets made a mistake with my reservations and the Receptionist at Paradise Group itself helped to make changes all within 2mins! Very polite and helpful too! To Cynthia (i hope i spelt your name correctly).. A HUGE THANK YOU TO YOU! ?

Double service standard. My table was not served the kungfu tea before and after my dishes, whereas other tables got theirs. I even checked twice with their service crew if the kungu tea would be served to my table, the answer was YES. The tea was served during my 1st visit, but not this time round on 14.03.20. If there's zero star rating, I would 101% rate this restaurant ZERO.

Firstly I must mention to you that it was my mother’s birthday and she got craving for Canton Paradise dim sum. We ordered many dishes, service of staff and speed of food coming out is ok at first. Everything was fine till Har gao(蝦餃), Steamed Pork Dumpling 'Siew Mai'(虾籽蒸烧卖) & 珍珠糯米鸡 Steamed Glutinous Rice with Chicken Wrapped in Lotus Leaf are served. I had tried very yummy dim sum, or the very common tasted normal dim sum, but I did not had before a dim sum that turned bad and spoilt. I ate the har gao dipped in chilli sauce, it tasted sour, and I thought it was the chilli taste hence I swallowed it. However, my brother who did not dip it in chilli sauce, ate and spit it out in a sec. He was shocked and told me that the har gao had turned bad. We cannot believe it and asked my mother to try, and it really turned sour and bad. We ask for the staff and they took away the spoilt har gao. This is very disappointing and it really spoilt our day, making us totally not able to enjoy the rest of the food. With fear that we will ate something bad again, we looked at the siew mai and glutinous rice with chicken. My brother tried the Siew mai, it had not yet turned bad. Yes, I meant NOT YET. First bite is ok, but when you are biting and gonna swallow it, it taste a little little sour. Last, the glutinous rice with chicken, my mother ate it and spit it out. Yes, another food that turned sour and bad. There is no words to describe how my family and I feel at that moment. After tasting the bad glutinous rice with chicken, we did not continue to eat any of the food and we decided to pay for the bill(Har gao was removed from the bill) and leave. Before leaving, the staff did ask whether we want to have some desserts FOC, but we rejected. As I really have no faith in their quality of food and I just want to get out of this restaurant asap. In conclusion the whole experience was very bad, I would never go again to this place for any reason and I don't recommend this restaurant, not even to my worst enemy. This is simply too disappointing as I cannot believe this is the quality of food Paradise Group provide. I really hope you can take serious note of your quality of food before serving spoilt/turned bad food to any other customers.

This is for Cynthia at Paradise Dynasty office. I was looking into delivery order but had problem navigating website. Staff who answered call was very nice and helpful. Sorry didn’t get her name. She got Cynthia to call me. When Cynthia called I had another call came in and told her I will return call. When I returned called, she patiently and helpfully walked me through website to access CNY2022 sets. I couldn’t ordered online and returned call again. She patiently assisted me again. At the end of each call she even wished me a good day. I didn’t order from Paradise Dynasty this time as Chop Suey (also got to liaise with 2 very helpful and patient staff) which was my first choice (because I wanted a slightly different cuisine as I have been ordering Chinese food for a few days continuously) also returned call and I wasn’t able to get Paradise Dynasty at Westgate.
