★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for earwax removal, but when the treatment commenced halfway on the other ear, found out that my ear was blocked and was advised that the price was $48 instead of $33.
I had confirmed the price of $33 before beginning treatment, the therapist should have disclosed this to me, and should not assume that i should know the price difference for a blocked ear!
And she just answered me that all customers should know this.
Overall job well done, but the main issue was the communication on pricing was not transparent at all!!
