Q	Queenie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed that after the touch up the TOP brow still chipped on the 7th day. I have diligently followed the instructions for the after care yet it’s still chipped. The colour also not brown compared to that day of finishing. It turns to dark grey instead. Contacting the staff via WhatsApp and calling them are equally frustrating. The response time is very disappointing. And you have to chase and text again for them to respond. Called also no answer. It’s like leaving you in a lurch. Very disappointing experience especially i had done this for the very first time. Hopefully after this Google review someone can respond to my WhatsApp or my call on how to deal with this chipped brow. They still hard sell eyeliner tattoo and eyelash extension, fortunately I didn’t sign up as this already very upsetting.
J	Joey Koo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am happy to have chosen this parlor for my embroidery, HOWEVER.... would have preferred if the price of second touch up (which beauticians will tell you is NECESSARY to retain the ink) is included or informed to the customer. Imagine how it feels to have already fished out a couple hundred dollars to do a procedure, only to realise you actually have to pay more once you had done it... it's upsetting. I understand the necessity of a touch up, but I had a budget in mind and sadly I would have to blow it up to afford your second touch up. Regardless, regarding the skills of the beautician Mandy, I have no complaints - she is the best at what she does.
J	Jo Anne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uodate: Completed the embroidery a while now. During the process, I was surprised when a stencil was used to draw. The shape can be better. Colour was not as what i wanted. I recommend the consultant study face shapes and eyebrow angles. For about the same price, I recommend you go other places... I went recently with the intention to do eyebrow embroidery and wanting a dark brown color, but was persuaded to go for the 3x monthly treatment to lighten the eyebrow color, that is dark from a previous embroidery elsewhere. I was informed that the eyebrow embroidery will need to take place 1-2 months after the completion the 3x treatment. There was a lot of upselling to purchase touch up package and lash growth package that starts from $700 each.
M	Mui Leng Koh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across Paramedic Aesthetics by chance and decided to do my eyebrow embroidery with them. Ms Mandy Song attended to me. After hearing my preferences, she designed me an eyebrow shape which was sure I will like, and indeed! I did Misty Gradient Eyebrow Embroidery with her and love the result. I chatted with her about eyeliner embroidery too and she drew her perceived eyeliner on my eyes for me to see. I like her skills and am going back to Mandy for eyeliner embroidery 2 days later! The environment and ambience of Paramedic Aesthetics is also comfortable and cosy, unlike other eyebrow shops I had been to which you just lie on a chair besides others, you are given a treatment room to lie down on, just like a facial session. I recommend Mandy Song from Paramedic Aesthetics.
