★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to use 'ParcelfromIndia' service recently for bringing tablets. I got their contact from a facebook page which had many positive reviews, but unfortunately i had a negative experience.
I was in touch with Mr. Amol for the service. Looks like they got into some logistical issues, so my package was delayed by 18 days (they promised me 2 weeks from the date of order). It was quiet urgent from my side since it was tablets so i had to follow-up with them multiple times.
I did not get an exact or proper response from them. Instead of giving the date of their delivery ,they said it will be done in two days or a Tuesday, then when i check on Tuesday, they say next week, It went on and on, which was a really frustrating experience.
Finally they explained about their logistical issues, and Amol had kept me informed about the delays. 18 days later i got the medicine. Amol made sure i get the package the same day when they received their cargo.
Positive: Its a fairly cheaper service comparatively. So a TWO STAR rating.
Hope they inform the customers if there are any delays due to logistical issues.

I got in touch with Amol who said the parcel will take 3 weeks time to reach the destination but it still hasn't reached and despite calling multiple times, he doesn't even bother to pick the call and explain for the delays. It has been 2 months now and my parcel has not yet reached. Please dont use their service.
