★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an antenatal package but due to phase 2 classes were shifted online. Requested a refund or change of dates but rejected my claim and no reply. Best part read whatsapp message but no reply. Highly do not reccomend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -Changed timing of class without notifying us of the change (other than a forwarded e-mail concerning a different class without much commentary) causing us to miss the first class
-Took multiple days to come up with a constructive solution, by which we had already made alternative arrangements
-Refused a full refund, insisted on keeping a 10% service fee
I'd give them negative stars if i could for causing my pregnant wife so much trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it’s unfortunate that phase 2 heightened alert affected all of us. our physical class had to go online and we had plenty of questions about the arrangements. was thankful for the professional customer service from them.
learnt that they had to absorb the sunken cost of venue and other operations while trying to appease unhappy customers. it’s incredibly difficult running a business during this time and I hope they come out of this stronger.
signed up for their class after reading about the praises throughout the years on the forum and am STILL looking forward to learning from Dr Wong BB!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Wong is remarkably “The Baby Whisperer” … my utmost salute to her professionalism. As both my wife & myself are first time parent … attended her class, it’s so informative thus gaining full confidence being new parents. She’s indeed a legend.
We would also commend the professional service from their customer service team especially answering all our questions promptly, we know most of our questions can be too kancheong being first time parent thus coming out with all the silly stuff, but she patiently answered each & every one. Thumbs up for advising & entertaining us even after the course.
We will certainly highly recommend their services to all new parents.
